Container Flooring Plywood is designed for use in shipping containers and other heavy-duty flooring applications. The panels are produced from multiple layers of selected hardwood veneers such as Apitong or Keruing, pressed under high pressure to ensure strength and long-term durability.
With its solid hardwood structure, this plywood provides high load-bearing capacity and good resistance to impact and abrasion. It performs well under constant loading conditions and is suitable for both new container production and container floor replacement.
The panels are bonded with waterproof glue, typically Phenolic WBP or Melamine WBP, to improve moisture resistance and structural stability during ocean transport and long-term use. This helps maintain performance even in demanding logistics and marine environments.
